Important Dates & Deadlines

Housing Contracts are available between February 1 and 26, 2021

Contracts and housing deposits are due on February 26, 2021
Applications for individual selection processes will open on February 26th for students who have completed their contracts. All students within a housing group must turn in their contracts and deposits in order to apply for any process. 

Approved Accommodations

Due March 8
Single rooms for students with accommodations will be assigned by the Office of Residence Life based on the Preference Application. The Preference Application will be sent out by the Office of Accessibility to students with approved housing accommodations for 2021-2022.

“Convenience” Singles

Due March 15
Convenience single rooms will be assigned based on credits accumulated through the end of the fall 2020 semester. Students currently living in singles will need to reapply for a single. Applications can be submitted through Residence and are due by 5:00 p.m. You will select your single room on March 17 and receive a confirmation email after the selection process is complete.

Waring Commons Apartments and Townhouses

Due March 15
For Waring Commons four-person apartments and all townhouses, groups can be co-ed and must apply in full groups of four. Each resident must attain 50 credits by August 1. Applications can be submitted through Residence and are due by 5:00pm. Your group leader will select your apartment or townhouse on March 17 and receive a confirmation email after the selection process is complete.

6-Person Suites

Due March 19
For 6-person suites, students can apply in groups of six (Lewis Quad or Waring Commons). All groups and all rooms can be co-ed. Applications for six-person suites can be submitted through Residence and are due by 5:00 p.m. Your group contact will select your suite on March 22 and receive a confirmation email after the selection process is complete.

10-Person Suites

Due March 22
For 10-person suites, students can apply in groups of 10 (Lewis Quad only). All groups and all rooms can be co-ed. Applications for ten-person suites can be submitted through Residence and are due by 5:00 p.m. Your group contact will select your suite on March 24 and receive a confirmation email after the selection process is complete

Open House

Due March 24
Applications for Open House can be submitted through Residence and are due by 5:00 p.m. Your group contact will select your suite on March 26 and receive a confirmation email after the selection process is complete.

Traditional Double Room Applications

Due March 29
Applications for regular double rooms can be submitted through Residence and are due by 5:00p.m. Your group will select your room on March 31 and April 1, and receive a confirmation email after the selection process is complete.
