Student Parking Decal Application

Below is the link to apply for your 2021-2022 student parking decal.

Please read all of the following information before proceeding to the application.

Application Instructions

  1. When you click the link below you will be re-directed to the new SMCM parking portal.
  2. Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the page.
    1. First time users will need to create an account and verify your email.
    2. Returning users should sign in with previously used email and password.
  3. On the “your account” page you will need to complete, edit, and/or verify your information and click “save”.
  4. Click on the “Home” icon on the upper left corner.
  5. Click the “view permits” link.  Select the appropriate decal from the available options.
    1. Resident Students should select the appropriate parking lot from those still available.
    2. Commuter Students will select the “commuter parking decal”.
    3. Part-time Continuing Education students who may only need a one semester parking permit may select the “Part Time Continuing Ed Parking Decal” option.
  6. Please verify your information is correct, add the vehicle you wish to register, and upload the required documents.
    1. Documents you will need to apply.
      -Vehicle registration card
      -Photo ID (SMCM One Card or Drivers License)
  7. Please read and check that you have read and understand the “terms and conditions”
  8. Click “Register for Permit”
  9. Payment will be required to submit your application.  Payment must be made using a credit or debit card.  A service fee will apply.
  10. Once you submit your application a decal will be reserved.  Each application will be verified to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
  11. Once your information is verified your application will be approved and you will be notified.

 

Decal Pickup

  1. Decal pickup is now at the Public Safety Office.
  2. You must bring a Photo ID (SMCM One Card or Drivers License) to pick up your decal.
