Seahawk Safe – Mobile App

The Seahawk Safe Mobile App, powered by Campus Shield, serves as an emergency communication tool between St. Mary’s College community and the Office of Public Safety.

The mobile safety app provides five major features:

Emergency Calling with location tracking
Receive SEAHAWK ALERTS from Public Safety
Submit a Tip with photos and / videos
Friend Watch Safety Check
Student Handbook/Emergency Procedures

For staff, faculty, and students please follow these simple steps to download and configure the app on your device (if other, please sign up here):

Download Campusshield from Google Play or the Apple App Store
Enter name, college email, and mobile phone number
Enter verification code
Select whether you are a Faculty/Staff or a Student
Toggle “slide in emergency” which will prompt you to enter a 4 digit pin
Save

Campus Shield Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

St. Mary’s College of Maryland reserves the right to provide some or all of the course content through alternative methods of course delivery, including remote methods of delivery, and it reserves the right to change the method of delivery at any time before or during the academic term, in the event of a health or safety emergency or similar situation when it determines, in its sole discretion, that such change is necessary and in the best interests of the College and the campus community.
