About the Photo Contest

The Integrated Marketing Department of St. Mary’s College of Maryland is looking for images for our new homepage design, and we need your help!

With full credit, your photos will be featured on:

the new SMCM.edu homepage,
various parts of the website,
college publications, posters, and magazines.

There is no limit to the amount of images you can submit, and the image does not have to be new or recent.

Photo Guidelines

Image must be landscape
Image subjects should highlight our college’s diversity
Images should highlight our unique location and tell our story as a public honors college. Here are some examples of what we are looking for:

Biology hands-on learning in the river
Student painting the water with the water in the background
Students reading/studying/meeting near the water Anthropology/Archaeology digging up artifacts in our unique historic location
A photo from The Summer Concert Series featuring our awesome music program in a beautiful location
TFMS performance shots
Campus Life and Clubs in action
