Brodsky Awarded Franklin Research Grant

Physics Department Awarded Vacuum Pump to Perform Advanced Lab Experiments
The physics department, led by Chair Joshua Grossman, was recently awarded a vacuum pump by the Advanced Physics Laboratory Association (ALPhA) and the company Kimball Physics. The pump, worth about $1,000, will enable physics classes to perform advanced physics lab experiments and demonstrations for other courses.
