Sean Reid ’07 (SOAN) has received a Fulbright U.S. Student Award to Ghana in anthropology from the U.S. Dept. of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. Reid, a PhD candidate at Syracuse University, will do his dissertation fieldwork in Ghana.

Russell Rhine, associate professor of economics, has been selected to work for Congress during the fall semester. He will be a senior economist with the United States Congress Joint Economic Committee, a bipartisan bicameral committee.
