Student Nicolette Coluzzi and Professor Randy Larsen publish in International Journal of Conservation Science

Chemistry Major Nicolette Coluzzi, Professor Randy Larsen and external collaborator Antonino Cosentino were recently published in the International Journal of Conservation Science. Their paper named “Free XRF Spectroscopic Database of Pigments Checker,” contains a collection of spectra of over 50 historic paints that would be useful for art historians and conservators to identify the types of pigments found in artwork.
