St. Mary’s College of Maryland’s summer reading program will begin on June 3 and end on Aug. 16, 2013. The program, hosted by the college’s Library Reading Circle, is open to all members of the St. Mary’s library community, including students, staff, faculty, alumni, and residents of Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties. Any book found in the college library catalog, the Southern Maryland library catalog (COSMOS), or the USMAI catalog is eligible for the program.
To earn points, participants must read their chosen book and submit a review to the library’s summer reading blog. The blog can be accessed at http://smcmlibrary.wordpress.com/. A list of prizes can also be found on the website. Monthly prize drawings will take place throughout the month for all participants.
