The documentary “Green Wave,” to be shown at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at Cole Cinema in the Campus Center at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, tells the story of the 2009 Green Revolution in Iran from the people’s point of view through Facebook reports, Twitter messages, blogs, and Internet videos. The color green became a symbol of recognition among supporters of Iranian presidential candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi, who became the symbolic figure of the revolution. The film will be hosted by documentary filmmaker Sherry Jones.
