  • New Campus Center Parking Lot

    Construction for the new Campus Center Parking Lot is complete! Construction began Fall 2013 on Mill Field Parking Lot with 186 spaces being added and the entrance into the parking lot being realigned with Old State House Road to enhance safety.

  • Sustainability installs EZ H2O Water Fountains

    This past June 2014, the Office of Sustainability funded the installation of eight (8) new EZ H2O Water Fountains with refillable container capabilities.

  • Route 5 Traffic Calming Safety Project

    The Route 5 Traffic Calming and Safety Improvement project is underway.

  • Additional Summer Improvement Projects
  • Geothermal Heat Pump Signage Installed

    The new sign was installed in front of the Office of Admissions building giving viewers information about the geother-mal heat pump that was installed last summer. The system is predicted to save 50% in heating costs, and 30% on cooling costs.

  • Anne Arundel Hall Replacement

    The Anne Arundel Hall Replacement Project has begun. The old building has been razed with construction of the new building scheduled to begin early Fall 2014.

  • New Sustainability Fellow
