FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 2019
- 9:00 pm: Sailor Housing Check In and Shuttle Service to housing begins (River Center Sailing Desk)
SATURDAY, AUGUST 3, 2019
- 8:00 am-5:00 pm: Sailors’ Information/Check In Open (Ticket pick up/purchase for meals or transportation, general information)
- 5:00 am-12:00 noon: Trinity Church Breakfast (Parish Hall)
- 6:00 am-5:00 pm: Showers Open (Athletics and Recreation Center)
- 6:00 am-8:00 pm: Campus Shuttle Service (Waterfront-Showers-Housing-ATM)
- 7:00 am-8:00 pm: Tender Boat Service (College Pier) – Last tender boat will leave the pier PROMPTLY at 8:00 pm, service will resume on Sunday morning at 7:00 am.
- 10:00 am-6:00 pm: Vendor Tents Open (Waterfront)
- 12:00 noon-6:00 pm: Food Sales (Waterfront)
- 10:00 am-3:00 pm: Campus Store Open (Campus Center)
- 2:00 pm-4:00 pm: Barbecue Lunch & Crab Feast – Live Music by David Norris (Entertainment Tent)
- 5:00 pm-6:00 pm: GOVERNOR’S CUP AWARDS CEREMONY (Entertainment Tent)
- 6:30 pm: Shuttle to City Dock, Annapolis (St. Mary’s City Post Office)
SUNDAY, AUGUST 4, 2019
- 6:00 am-11:00 am: Trinity Church Breakfast (Parish Hall)
- 6:00 am-11:30 am: Campus Shuttle Service (Waterfront-Housing-Parish Hall)
- 7:00 am-11:30 am: Tender Boat Service (College Pier) – Last tender boat will leave the pier PROMPTLY at 11:30 am, NO additional service is available.
- 11:00 am: Housing Check-Out – Keys should be returned to shuttle driver or deposited in the bin at the Sailing Desk at the River Center.
